FAQ
Is this a regular courier service?+
No. We are an emergency-only hotshot. Rates and dispatch are built for crisis loads — shutdowns, breakdowns, and off-hours rescues.
How fast can you depart?+
We require approximately 1 hour of prep time plus fuel buffer. From there it's straight-line drive time.
Do you go to Fort McMurray?+
Yes. Edmonton to Fort McMurray is a common emergency hotshot route. Expect roughly 5–6 hours of drive time each way.
What about insurance for high-value cargo?+
Declared-value insurance can be activated per booking. Add it during the booking flow or mention it on the call.
How do I pay?+
Payment instructions are sent with each invoice. E-transfer is supported by default; payment is typically required before dispatch.
